Its that time of year where we are accepting league entry forms for the 2017-18 season and we are very pleased to see the return of many teams and clubs from previous seasons. One club who are continuing their involvement with the league are Crawley United and here is what Steve Hoffman, Team Manager and Club Chairman had to say:
At the moment, Crawley United only have an Adults’ Disability Team but we are looking to expand that over the next few years.
I did my Disability Coaching Badge, as I was excited about giving something back to football and giving disabled players a chance to play the wonderful game the same as anybody else. It’s fantastic.Having been involved with the SDFL for a year now, it has been amazing!
It is a great place to be watching all the divisions with their varying abilities.To see so many smiling faces is so rewarding. It is commendable what the Sussex FA do for all the players and I hope to further my knowledge of disability coaching, in the near future.
